Administration Co-ordinator - Stoke on Trent

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and adaptable person to join our team.  You will have bags of initiative and be able to make a noticeable contribution immediately with your positive can do attitude and strong drive to get the job done.
 
The successful candidate will exhibit the following characteristics and skills:

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft programs
  • Confidence with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions
  • Ability to multitask workload and have a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and capability to work toward changeable goals
  • Passion for our business and the ability to learn quickly
  • Comfortable working with all levels of personnel 
  • A full driving licence
 
In this exciting and diverse role you will be the main contact for the Board of Directors, Executive team, staff, suppliers and contractors.  As well as providing full administrative support for the Executive team and business as a whole, there will also be lots of additional tasks outside the expected day to day administration, a few examples are:
 
  • Diary management and screening of calls
  • Arrangement of international and domestic travel logistics including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Co-ordinate internal and external meetings
  • Management of pool and company cars
  • Accountability for office supplies / work wear
  • Occasional event management
