Sales Trainee - Grangemouth

Exciting opportunity to join our vibrant business providing efficient and professional support to our business.
In this key support role, following training, you will:
 
Answer all calls in a polite, quick and efficient manner
Direct calls, provide information to callers, take and relay messages
Check stock and deal with customer enquiries professionally
Ensure all sales administration is actioned and is up-to-date
Be proactive – including ringing customers from database to chase orders
Provide general administrative and office support as required.
Liaise with head office to link and control depot administrative work.
