SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Blythe Bridge (Staffordshire)

 

This exciting role is in support of all companies within Hadleigh Timber Group, a market leading collective of timber distribution businesses comprising of Meyer Timber, Panelco, Premium Timber Products and Timbmet brands.

 

Reporting to the Group Trading Manager, we are looking for someone who can make a significant contribution and continuously improve the administration of our International Supply Chain.

 

Working across our four fast paced companies, this highly visible role within central head office will be varied and ever changing with day to day responsibility supporting our purchasing, shipping, sales and customer service administration teams.

 

Role requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years management/supervisory experience
  • Experienced and confident people manager
  • Management of existing processes and standards
  • Development and implementation of business change
  • Identification and provision of staff training
  • Independently problem solve
  • Work with attention to detail and under pressure
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and ERP systems

 

Experience within an International Supply Chain would be advantageous, as would exposure to and understanding of Customs Legislation and the impact of BREXIT on logistics and trade between the UK and EU markets.
